What payment methods are accepted?
We offer a wide range of secure payment methods via Stripe and Paypal. These include most common credit cards. However, available payment methods can vary between countries.

How long does the delivery take?
The estimated delivery time is between 5-12 business days, depending on your country. When your order has shipped, we will send you an email containing the tracking code, so you can follow the progress. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact support at support@aionyourwall.com
Do framed posters come already mounted together (frame + poster)?
Framed posters will come as two items packaged separately within one package and you will need to assemble it.
Do frames come with a hanging kit?
Yes, our frames come with a hanging kit that allows mounting them horizontally and vertically, depending on the orientation of your poster. There is a hook pre-attached (for the larger sizes (60x80cm above and inclusive), and there should be 3 sawtooth mechanisms on the back, for the 3 smallest sizes the back of the frames has a mounting kit and an easel/stand) to the back panel of the frame which can be used to mount the frame on a wall. Please note that screws or nails are not included in the hanging kit. The following sizes also have an easel back: 5x7in / 13x18cm 6x8in / 15x20cm 8x12in / 21x29cm
